How do I get an actual support person on the line?
We have a Atlassian license for our company, it is supposed to include Jira, BitBucket, Confluence, etc.. But every time I try to do something, the system tells me I need to UPGRADE to access that feature. I clearly can't connect to a support resource, because the system doesnt recognize our subscription... WTH am I supposed to do with that?
How do I get an actual support person on the line to resolve this issue?
Hi @Gary welcome to the community! Have you tried opening a Support ticket with Atlassian? (support.atlassian.com)
From that page, choose the 'Contact' link in the upper right hand corner, and one of the options under 'What can we help you with?' should be 'My account'. I would try that or 'Billing, payments, and pricing'
