We have an agile project, How do I change the Sprint in the new view?

It was very easy to do it in earlier version through Edit option. Here its not even available.

Do you mean editing the sprint as in dates, name, etc?

It should be in the same place. At the far-right is an options button (3-dots) next to "Complete Sprint" or "Plan Sprint". In there is "Edit Sprint" and "Delete Sprint".

Are you asking about changing the sprint within the detailed issue view? If so check the “more” link and if not there click on the ellipses at the top left of the issue view and select Configure and look for the field in the list of available and drag to the layout. If not there you will need to add it to the screen first.
