We have created single jira project per client, as we are getting multiple sows during a year, how do we need to organise them in jira cloud project. do we need to create each client sow as individual jira project or epic or component?..getting reports/maintaining them is becoming complex? whats the best practice?

It actually depends on how sophisticated the workflows are. I'd recommend to either split it between multiple projects and them if an overall view is required to use Planyway to create a single roadmap across projects.
Creating epics is also the case if you're not afraid of getting a clunky board. By the way, with Planyway you can build a roadmap based on epics too.
