We have one JIRA 6.1 configured with MSSQL installed on premises server.Now we need to migrate our on premises JIRA to JIRA cloud as a service( accessible via URL). Can you please guide us how we can take a complete backup of existing on prim JIRA with SQL, attachments and import into JIRA cloud. Second can you please tell us how we can import any project into JIRA cloud if compressed file size is more then 12 MB?
