We need to do bulk move tickets between boards in the same project

We have 2+ boards for the project and currently need to move tickets from one board to another, please help with it.

Welcome to the community!!

To move the tickets between boards, you can create the set the filter JQL query accordingly.

Ideally, the boards are views that present a particular selection for a scenario and not boxes that contain the issues/ tickets.

We should update the tickets accordingly so that they fit the selection criterion for the board.

Hi @norair.markarian 

If you have those boards with issues/tickets from the same project then you don't really need to move hem anywhere. Just reconfigure the board settings. You can configure the filter for your board that will ensure that the issues will show up in the board you want.

How would I reconfigure the board settings?

Example: Old Kanban board I would like to move all items into a new Sprint board

jQRY: has the same filter.  All other configurations match, however on my new Sprint board, all kanban backlog items did not move over.  Thank you
