We need to merge the Older Instance (ver 3.13.3) to Newer Instance-1(ver 7.2.6).

Please guide us how to do this activity?

Upgrade the 3.13 instance to 7.2.6, then you'll be able to export all of its data and then import projects from the export into the newer instance.
