Advice regarding Pictures and attachment in bugs exported in Word format

We need to share bugs with an external part. How do we best do that?I

I guess that one possibility would be to export the bugs to another format (Word) and send it to the external part. But it appears that I don't pictures and attachments included in the exported bug. Do you have any suggestions how to circumvent this?

@Vishal can you please elaborate little bit more about the issue you are having? Is it Confluence? JIRA?....which Atlassian Tool?
