We paid to renew our license but it has not taken effect yet.

Our college paid to renew our license yesterday using a US credit card but as of today the service has not been restored.

We are in the middle of critical release.  

Please help.

you need to go to Atlassian Support and select Billing in the drop down.

I found a place to look up my order but they say they havent received the order... which is weird because I have a receipt.   Will keep looking.

Ah... found the order!

I find the status under billing to be "Under Review" - it has been over 24 hours, how long does it take to restore service?
