We're loosing our Confluence Links in Jira issue

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We are trying to migrate from Jira Cloud to Jira Server, but when we download our server backup from Cloud, we are loosing our Confluence Links in Jira Issue(Server Jira). We realized, that we don't have link type "smart-link" in our database (we've found information about this link type from our backup logs). What should we do to restore our links? Maybe to update our database, or something else?
