Did you mean:

We use child tasks and not sub-tasks, but the advanced roadmap does only show sub-tasks.

I choose the hierarchy:
epics to sub-tasks, but I do not have sub-tasks. What do I have to do to show my tasks?
We use epics, CR, and child issues like tasks and more

The roadmap shows epics, CRs, Defects, but not tasks

Hi @Annette Steinrücken and welcome to the Community,

Review how the issue type hierarchy is configured in your Jira, as explained in this support article.

The advanced roadmap (the you access from Plans) will display issue types according to the level mapping specified over there. By default, that would be Epics at the top, all other standard issues types (CR and everything you refer to as child issues) under Epics and sub-tasks at the lowest level.

You can only extend the hierarchy with additional levels above epic, but if you want to add additional issue types at any level, just add them at the level where you would like to see them appear.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your answer.
What rights do you need to change the hierarchy?
And can you set the hierarchy per project or does the setting impact the entire Jira set-up?
