We want data base related info Postgres11 to Postgres 14 compatibility, upgradation steps

We are planning to upgrade our Atlassian applications in the next month.

Jira(v8.15.0 to v9.4.6)
Confluence(v7.13 to v8.1.3)
Bitbucket(v7.17.0 to v8.9.0)
Crowd(v4.3 to v5.1)
Our current BD is AWS RDS postgres11, recently we received a mail to upgrade to postgres14 because of end-of-life date is approaching April 2024.

Pls suggest the process to be followed.
