We would like to enable Atlassians AI offerings but had security questions

Is it possible to get a copy of the HECVAT, specifically relating to the new AI enhancement offerings? We would like to provide this to our Information Security team to vet before enabling. Also, is there an updated terms and conditions that takes in account for the AI that we can provide to our Procurement office?
