We would like to know if we can create a "Bulk Watch" permission?

We would like to allow a user to bulk change to add themself as watcher to multiple issues at once without giving them bulk change access for other operations.

So, I guess we are requesting a "Bulk Watch" permission.

This is something you'd have to code into the core of Jira.

I think there's an outstanding request for this in JAC, but I don't have it bookmarked.  (in fact, it is to split out individual permissions for all the bulk-edit options)
