We would like to measure the Jira up-time for our instance and generate automated uptime reports on a Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis. Can you please suggest a plugin/tool that would help us with this?

A couple of things I can suggests:

• The JIRA admin screen "ViewSystemInfo" have the field "Uptime" in the JIRA section. You can save the value daily (figure out a logic to add it or retain since it has no indication on last restart)
• Parse the JIRA logs
• Create a monitoring script
