Web Item Link url error

Hello,

I am creating a web item for my plugin, but there are problems with the url. I cannot add this link to the web item:

https://jira.seavus.com/jira/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=11430&issuetype=11000

Anyone have ideas about this?

I realize this is very old, but escaping the ampersand as & works.
