Hi, since last week my Jira page UI after login is looking funny. The profile icon goes massive and all the toolbars have turned into text with links. I tried switching browser, logging out/in, clearing caches and cookies but this issue still persists.
From looking at the screenshot, I'd have to say it looks like your browser is unable to load several elements needed to render the page correctly, such as CSS and javascript files. If you open the browser console when you load this page, I'd expect there are several errors of elements that are not loading as expected here.
As for what to do next, this appears to be a Jira Server or Jira data Center instance, if that is correct I'd recommend reaching out to your Jira admin that operates this site. Perhaps they can tell you more about what might be causing this. It's difficult to say what might be causing this, it could be an issue with a load balancer or some other network restriction.
If I am mistaken, and this is a Jira Cloud site, then again, it's still worth reaching out to your Jira admin, as that user can create a support case with Atlassian (provided this site is not only using our free plan products). I would recommend having your Jira admin reach out to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
End users and free plan admins, won't be able to reach our support channel at that link, but instead would be redirected here to Community.

Ususall it happens because of come extensions in browser (like Ad Blocker, for example), or because of network problems (firewall/proxy used).
You told, that you tried another internet connection and the problem persists. So, try to exclude problem with plugin in browser. Try to open site in incognito mode. In majority of browsers, incognito mode can be enabled by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N

Hello Evgenii,
Just tried incognito on Chrome and Edge but issue still persists. :(

Last variant - try to open from another device.
If it will be ok - then there is problem with device. Maybe proxy configured in system settings, or something like this.

Hi @myeh_blizzard_com! This seems most likely to be some browser/cache issue. Are you sure it's not working correctly when switching browsers?
Agree with @Calvin, trying with different internet could also help.
Let us know how it goes! ✨

Yes I tried with switching between Edge and Chrome but the issue still persists. I have also tried using different internet but nothing changes either.

Wow interesting, are you able to try a different internet as well? Wondering if there is some firewall blocking going on somewhere for something.
