Web hook on transition is not working

Hello, 

We have configured a webhook to be launched in a postfuncion, but is not working. When we transition the issue the webhook doesn't work.

The following is the configuration of the web hook:

Events

Issue related events

Events for issues and worklogs. You can specify a JQL query to send only events triggered by matching issues.

We have set an JQL to fire it for a specific set of issues. And we added the postfunction, but it's not working. Could someone help us to determine what is happening?
