WebHook Tab doesn't appear in Jira's administrator console (On-Premise)

I'm using Version 8.21.1 of Jira on-premise, I have an administrator account and I dont found the WebHook tab inside Jira, I also installed the plugin Atlassian-Webhook-Plugin and it doesn't show upimagen_2022-02-15_151521.png

Can you make sure that the plugin is completely enabled?

I dont have exactly that plugin, I have this one,

Should be pre-installed. Go to manage apps and filter to only see System apps.

You are totally right, I was searching in user-installed. I changed to System and I found it and its working now.
