Webex-App Jira Server-Bot

Dear Community Members,

I successfully linked my Jira Account to the Jira Server Bot. The commands (create, update etc.) work fine except the "help" command.

The initial „help“ after adding the bot worked fine. But after that it does not work anymore, neither in the 1:1 space nor in a group.

Has anyone of you encountered the same issue and maybe a hint how to solve it?
