Webook is triggered for the "comment_deleted" which is Inactive state

Hello,

   I have written the webhook script which trigger bamboo build  for the following events only.

"events":["jira:issue_updated","comment_created","comment_updated"] 

 But it also trigger the build for the deletion of the comments, which is not enabled.

Can anyone kindly help on the above issue.

Using Jira version - 8.5.2
