Webpack - JIRA Plugin

Is it possible to implement webpack in JIRA plugin. It will be helpful to maintain web resources.

I've been looking into updated my bitbucket plugin to use webpack. I've been following this tutorial to get started. However, I've had issues with the bitbucket-maven-plugin trying to compress my pack.js files and failing. You may have better luck with a jira plugin.
