Websudo banner breaks RAB access

This isn't really a question but more of a statement:

In the downloaded version of JIRA, the Websudo banner that appears when in the System view breaks RAB by adding itself over ther top of the RAB header which displays the search box and the "Show only public APIs" checkbox.

This is true for the latest versions of Chrome, IE and Firefox.
