What Atlassian use to be able to change Issue type in a select list ?

We have seen the screenshot attached select list. I suppose that is simply too change issue type of the issue.

Could you explain to me how to do that in our Jira 4.4.4 please ?

Is there a plugin to do that ?

Ok, if the Issue Type field is shown in the edit screen, while editing an issue, all the issue types associated with the same workflow are shown in a select list. So, it is simple to move an issue between these types in the same project.

To move issues from one type to another type which is not associated with the same workflow or to another project, we have to use the Move feature.
