Hi all,
We would like to have 1 user research project for 1 jira item. We need to use the jira item for both project planning and for sharing results (list of usability issues, list of ideas generated from customer interviews, survey results, etc.)
We need a way for teams to track work back to the research data. This helps everyone map designs, engineering efforts back to customer problems, pain points, product opportunities, etc.
should I use epic for user research? or it has to be a new Jira project?
we currently have a JIRA UX project (Scrum project). should I use user research as a JIRA epic under UX project?
or create a new project? if so what project type will be suitable?
An Epic sounds right - you can use it to connect separate pieces of work in different projects.
