What QA engineers lack in Jira

My team is working on one of the apps that helps create informative bug reports.
We also investigated most apps presented by the search query "bug report."

And the deeper we go into this topic, the more questions arise about what exactly "hurts" testers engaged in manual testing.

What is missing in Jira, and what would you like to improve?

Also, what does quality bug reporting mean to you?

In my understanding, it means the most informative and specific bug report. Because if it's not done correctly, the eternal conflict between the development and QA departments will flare up with renewed vigor.
