What about predefined Business Project Boards?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring a board

Is it somehow possible to customize a board, which is in a business project (sales funnel)?

Or do I have to manage it via an own board and edit this one?

Business boards are not configurable like that.  They follow the project setup.
