We're looking to snapshot audit of our jira cloud instance. Essentially mapping out projects and their associated workflows, workflow schemes, field configurations, issue types, etc. We've never attempted this before as we have over 200 projects, so I'm keen to learn from more experienced admins what methods they have used to get this data. I don't think the backup would help as it's xml. Ideally I think we want a csv.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Juliette Bramall ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
I think the easiest way would be to look for an app in the Marketplace.
Ex. this one https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1230761/doctor-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
(I have no experience with this one)
Best regards,
Kris

I am from Revyz, we just introduced a new app for Consultants to do an audit / assessment on a Jira site, you can read more on that here - https://www.revyz.io/products/assessments
I am happy to run a free assessment for your site if your interested. Just drop me an email at - vish.reddy@revyz.io
Thanks
