The help link on the Trusted Applications tab points to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/APPLINKS/Configuring+Trusted+Applications+Authentication+for+an+Application+Link, which is currently broken. I was able to find the URLs Stash needs to access in JIRA via https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Trusted+Applications+Authentication+for+an+Application+Link, but the reciprocal was not available. Would anyone know the set of URLs JIRA needs to access in Stash?
Hi Vern.
It should work normally without the URLs: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/JIRA+integration
If you do have the same User Database on JIRA and Stash you should use Trusted Apps otherwise Oauth would do the trick as well.
Did you tried to make the integration according to that document?
Please let me know.
Cheers,

I deleted the links and recreated via the documentation once more. Once more, the Stash-to-JIRA integration works nicely with either Trusted Applications set (we use the same user database) or OAuth. JIRA-to-Stash does not. Our Source tab is empty in all of our JIRA tickets.
