What are the connection details for Jira DB?

I added an addon to my Atlassian site - SQL for Confluence (recommended as a way to query Jira DB without JQL limitations).

However - I need to configure the DB details in order to query it (see attached screenshot).

Can anyone tell how to access these details? We are using Jira Cloud.

You don't get access to the database on Cloud.

You'll need to do your reporting properly, with the Jira macros, or imported reporting.  Or find apps that can do the reporting you need.

(Not a bad thing, as reporting on a Jira database with SQL is the worst possible approach because the database is absolutely not built for reporting, and should be discouraged at every possible point)
