What are the correct perimssions for /work and /tmp?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: 'Error instantiating webwork.multipart.parser.class - com.atlassian.jira.web.JiraMultipartRequestWrapper' when Creating an Issue  What are the correct perimssions for /work and /tmp?
