What are the issue type numbers?

I'm using Form Assembly to create an intake form to create Jira requests.  Currently I have been using a "6" for the Issue Type and it's been creating Jira Stories.  I rather change it to create Initiatives but I'm not sure what the issue type number would be.   Does anyone have a list?

You can view your system's issue types by navigating to https://<domain>/secure/admin/ViewIssueTypes.jspa and then hovering over the Edit/Delete links to see the various ID values.
