Hi,
As we know, Atlassian has announced a price increase that will take effect in about a month. We are exploring alternatives, including billing through an Atlassian Platinum Partner, to see if we can save on costs.
The partner has requested the following details in order to provide a quote:
Name of the Technical Contact
Email ID of the Technical Contact
Company’s Full Legal Name
Registered Address of the Company
Existing Site URL
SEN Number or a recent invoice copy
My question is — should I exercise caution when sharing these details? Are there any risks if such information ends up in the wrong hands? Also, what precautions would you recommend I take before proceeding?
Thanks!
Mahanth.
No. I work for an Atlassian Solutions Partner and the above information is what we need to be able to request a quote for you with Atlassian. Without that information, it is simply not possible to transact on your behalf with Atlassian. Partners do handle that information responsibly and for the sole purpose to provide you with a quote (at least, I know we do 😊).
Hope this helps!
@Walter Buggenhout Thank you for your response. So can I consider risks as Zero in case of invoice leakage?
