What are your definitions of Planned and Actual? Are you talking about the time information from Original Estimate and Timespent?

When you say "Resource" do you mean the person identified in the Assignee field?

The shorter answer is I don't believe there is a native gadget to give you what you want, but we first need a better understanding of what you want.

Are you willing to consider acquiring a third party app to meet your requirement?
