What are the user difference between Jira hosted and Jira cloud from user experience.

I am writing a brief synopsis on Jira and want to know as a user, what are the differences in Jira cloud version and Jira Hosted Sever Version.

What can a user not perform on one but can on the other.

A bulleted list if possible with be fine.

There's no useful way to answer this.  They have so many differences and you've not narrowed it down to any area we could describe. 

They are two very different pieces of software and I suspect we'd run out of space if we tried to write that essay here.  Workflows (can be) very different, the look and feel are different, the user systems are different, the admin options are different, the field handling is different, the .... well, you get the drift.

What, specifically are you looking for?
