What defnies the Progress of Sub-Tasks?

Thomas.eschenmoser June 7, 2022

If I have sub-Tasks, the progress is shown in the Main-Task.

If I make any change (e.g. set the due date) the sub-Task gets a green checked icon and the progress shows that the sub-task is done. But it is not correct, since the sub-task is still open.

What is the source for the progress of sub-tasks? How can I change a sub-task in order to remove it from the progress because it is not done yet?

The green tick on the left tells us that you have resolved the issues - they all have a resolution set.

My guess is that an inexperienced administrator has put the resolution field on the create or edit screen, which means it will get set if you create or edit an issue.  You'll need to remove that - resolution should only be placed on transition screens used when closing an issue.
