When saving a search (creating a filter), one of the options to share with is "My Organization".
What does this really mean ?
- public ?
- anyone logged in with an account on the instance ?
- only people with an email of my organization ?
thanks
Hi Christophe,
The filter is shared with all users on your Jira instance.
In Jira Cloud, there is a way to allow anyone outside your organization to access your Jira instance if they know the URL. "Public" would allow those users to access those. "Your organization" is only those logged into your Jira instance.

so has nothing to do with email adress being from the organisation or not ? As soon as access is granted on the instance, they have access ? even if their email is not @myorganisation.com ?
thanks !
