What does the "Ever Committed" comment indicate on our Jira Issue

Thanks for the continued support of the Atlassian Community .. it is greatly appreciated.

I'm noticing a Comment that is added to our Jira Issues:

It is reads "Ever Committed                           1"

Can anyone explain to me what this is??
