What happened to the Change Log report?

I am trying to find the change log report mentioned here:

I don't see it, I'm on

That specific change log report was replaced starting with Jira 7.0.   The title is different and the way you access this in a slightly different location now.  But I think the closest equivalent in 7.2 is the Checking a Release status of a version.
