I have trouble with jira migration to cloud. I opend a support ticket and am being asked to provide a support zip. Now I wanted to ask what happens with the zip data after handed to Atlassian.
Why not ask them if they are asking you for it?
The community can't speak on behalf of Atlassian. This is more of a legal matter than a "how do you do this in Jira".
