What happens when my trial ends?

we do not yet recieved the payment details for our newly created site and now the trial will end tonight. What will happen if my request regarding extension will be declined?

Hi @Ludvig Hede 

If I am not wrong you will be moved to free tier and lose the standard or premium features. You can change it to free tier yourself by going to the billing section.

This might be correct but I just signed up for a free trial and I am not allowed to access the billing settings. I get:

You need permission

Request access from your administrator.
