Hi! I'm trying to issue a ticket and I keep getting the same requirement which is that 'Colo Box Location is required', but there are not any boxes left in the ticket for me to fill in.
Can somebody help me with this?

probably in your instance there is a custom field "Colo Box Location" that is mandatory on the transition but is not on the transition screen.
Please, advise your jira admin to fix that issue.

"Colo box location" is not an off-the-shelf system field, you definitely do have that as a custom field.
If you were on Cloud, it might not be on the list of custom fields because it could be located in a team-managed project only, but on server, you only have company-managed projects, so it's either a custom field on the global list, or it's being done by a function in an app somewhere (one that is presenting it as a field, but not putting it on the standard list of custom fields)
