What is Order book Number and how to find it

I am using following link to raise request -

But while filing this form, encountered ID/Order Book Number field. i don't know what to fill in that.

Could you please help out here.

You'd need to ask the people who set up that Jira to ask you for that data.  We're a community of people who use or want to talk about Atlassian stuff, but we can't know how everyone's Jira is set up or why it's asking for certain pieces of data.

Have you tried asking the people who asked you to raise the request?
