What is a JIRA server URL?

We are trying to to integrate  Octane-Jira and in the synchronizer UI (page), there is a field we need to fill in asking for the value of Jira server. What is a Jira server URL and where do I find this information?

The server URL is the URL users are using to access JIRA.
