What is the Atlassian product release frequency and road map

Dear all,

We are actually planning our maintenance operation in our Atlassian product like Jira, service desk, confluence and bamboo.

We are using the Data Center version of those product. Our goal is to be able to anticipate and plan with our customer product update at regular date according to Atlassian release frequency.

Q1 :

So based on that any idea what are the release frequency of atlassian products ?
 - every month,
 - every 2 month

Q2 : Is there somewhere  a sharable atlassian Road map ?

Thanks for yoyr reply but if I planning for a maintenance plan is because I want to be feature aware , so not interesting on having enterprise but better benefits from update asap
