What is the Impact after upgrade MySQL 5.7 to MYSQL 8 in Jira Datacenter 8.21?

Hello Team,

We are going to upgrade MYSQL from 5.7 to MYSQL 8 on the same instance(Jira Datacenter 8.21 ). Can you please let us know if is there any impact it would have on the current Jira instance?
