What is the JQL to retrieve the list of sprints in a particular date range?

What is the JQL to retrieve the list of sprints in a particular date range? Say, In February I have started 3 sprints and closed 1 sprint. I need the list of the 3 started sprint names.

There is no such JQL function. You would need to write your own JQL or maybe look at available add-ons. I checked Scriptrunner and I did not find a built-in function like this there.
