What is the Jira expression for the custom field is empty, not text?

In Scriptrunner Condition for workflow, I want the script condition to be if the custom field is empty in 'Received/Comments', then it can't transition to another status, but if the field 'Received/Comments' filled with texts, then it can transition to another status (which is from TASK IN PROGRESS' to SUBMITTED')

I have tried myself, but it seems there is something wrong or missing. 

I believe the result should be FALSE, since the field is empty, correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe that in the case of a Paragraph (Rich Text) in expression, an empty value is represented as null.
