What is the New UI roll-out timeline for Jira Premium Cloud?

Is there any official guidance from Atlassian when Jira Premium Cloud will get the new UI? I am seeing messages on Reddit and these forums that this is a phased roll-out and by July 25, all 100%  of Jira Premium Cloud customers will get the new UI. Also, seeing messages here from other Jira Premium Cloud customers that they haven't seen the new UI yet. Please let me know.

Hi @Jack Black 

There was a webinar on this today.

It will start rolling on Free tier, then standard and then premium.

There will be announcements made on when the new UI will be rolling out
