Hi - I am trying to filter tickets whose SLA has breached over time.
I tried slaFunction=isBreached() and determined a specific timeframe. When I cross-referenced it with slaFunction > slaTargetDate() for the same timeframe, I got a different number of tickets. What is the accurate JQL query to retrieve the total number of breached SLA tickets?
