How frequently are back-ups run of JIRA and Confluence?

How do we access these to download them off-line?

Backups are taken every 24 hours and retained for 7 days, have a look at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/About+Your+Data for details.

To request a backup you raise a ticket in the OnDemand project at http://support.atlassian.com
